RPM Harlem Shuffle

This YouTube link is the video that my RPM class made this week!!! I love these guys!!! They make my training so much fun and my lifestyle change so much easier for me.
I wake up at 4:30 to get to this class in time to put in a great workout. When people first hear how early I wake up, they all have the same reaction that I’m becoming accustomed to.
Sorry guys, this is fun and I don’t care if you thinks its crazy!!!
Donny’s Birthday

This is my baby brother, Donny. We were as thick as thieves. We were each others biggest fans and each others nastiest hecklers. He was my baby doll. He was my first best friend.
I miss him so much. If you are reading this right now and are lucky enough to have your siblings still living.. Go right this minute and hug the day lights out of them. If they push you away and ask you why you’re doing that… Simply say “it’s because Myssie can’t hug her brother like this anymore and I never want to take this for granted.”

But take a real good look… I’m on a super slick road racing bike… She’s on a mountain bike. Punting it bluntly… She’s just slick period.

I had the guts finally to try Mommas earrings on today and wanted to see how they looked so I got my phone and took a picture of them and instantly noticed the glow around them.
These are my little signs that tell me she’s still here. Now, I don’t want to take these earrings off.
